My customers are unable to make the payment using their credit or debit card. They receive the following notifications after clicking on Paynow button. " This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information. Return to merchant and try a different payment method We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)" My account is verfied, the sending and receiving limits are lifted and my credit card is confirmed as well. Not even a single customer is able to pay me. What am I doing wrong? I have even tried to close out the account and reopen a new one. Still the issue persist.
