I sold an item on the 2nd of July after I received a payment and sent the item off to the buyer. But this morning (17.7.12) I received an email from Paypal service saying: ''Dear ... We've concluded our investigation into the transaction detailed below. We've returned the funds to the PayPal account holder, and your account will be debited for the amount of this transaction.'' I don't understand why the money has gone back to the buyer as I've never consent the transaction and he/she has not contacted me nor requested a refund or any of the sort, what's even odd is on eBay it says the buyer '......' is Not a registered user anymore. On Paypal next to the 2nd of July it says 'The funds that were placed on temporary hold have been reversed'. Does anyone know what caused this? I'm quite buffled to be honest. Thanks
