I paid for an item and the payment has shown on my bank statement. However I was emailed by the company apologising that my order was no longer available and that I would be refunded and to allow 14 days for this to take place. Well it's been more than 14 days I haven't even received it. I have a transaction ID which is still in my account on their website and despite using my Paypal account on their website there is no record of the transaction!
