The fallacy force is strong with you. Intelligent readers see a PayPal apologetic, there is no need to rebuff you further. Your only hope now is to purge this thread, censor and ban me. ... View more

Don't waste your time with BBB they lap dogs and you can buy a top rating from them (search BBB exposed). BBB policy towards eBay is that since eBay has bought a top rating, then that rating applies to all power sellers on eBay. This is no joke. BBB will employ blocking if you are pain. ... View more

I used the phone number provided by PayPal, I tried the number several times over an hour period. I recorded the call. http://www.flightsimhq.org/pub/paypal-charges-for-calls131023.ogg there are many dirty tricks eBay and PayPal employ against customers that are not written down, that is the reality of trust "science" at work. Deception and punishment ... View more

After exhausting the avenues of filing a buyer complaint and being stonewalled for weeks with bogus (AKA PFO) site errors such as: "Internal Server Error" "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" I decided the customary call in and report the PFO bogus messages was in order. We the trust science policy just keeps on giving, the phone number PayPal gave me is a money generating one, it states in order to be connected to the a proper phone number press 1 and be billed $2.99   I expect to receive yet another random survey prompting me to give a good feedback on how we PayPal have just resolved your issue; whereas the true hidden message is  "or else expect more deception ..." ... I've get this often, I file a claim or try to resolve a dispute with a fraudster, and PayPal sends out the "survey" on how the issue was resolved. Kicker is the issue is rarely resolved. Priceless to get a survey after being hung up on after 40+ mins of waiting and not talking with anyone. PP likes to get even if you complain.   Here are my experiences of PP retaliation (feel free to add yours) good net connection except long login delays 10min or more can't file claims, select transaction and get an infinite wait, no time out over 2hrs, sometimes more than that call in and get a recording your credit card has expired or about to expire (nonsense) ... I've experienced this. Seller was paid and provide a tracking number for USA to Canada with border service / fees prepaid. Costs: Item, seller S/H border services   Seller entered bogus tracking information and would not respond nor resolve. PayPal would not process because their tracking showed item was delivered despite a bogus number. PayPal blocked claim. I had to call (and yes go through the wait & wait game and to be hung up on policy). CSR assure me (I recorded him) my full purchase was covered and all fees. PayPal won't not refund over fees. I had to go to credit card company for full refund. Item never arrived or was never shipped.   Fix these loopholes. Fire CS   Users, please record your calls.   ... View more

I've run into this whereas a seller blocked me from filing a legit PayPal claim by using the "seller is away" setting. The seller did this for months, eBay did nothing when I complained. Will this loophole be fixed?   ... View more
