Ordered fishing waders from Liverpool Co end of June and paid through my PayPal a/c 2ndJuly. Let time go by but no waders or contact from the seller. Sent e/mail to the Co querying delay, no response. Raised the matter with PayPal yesterday and received a reply including Co's response stating the waders were ready but were awaiting a further payment of £20 to cover postage costs about which there was no mention during the ordering process and indeed I recall their site stated items were post free also why did they not respond to my e/m and let me know their position. I reside in Dublin and should have been made aware of any additional costs as £80 converted to e103 euro which I assumed was the full amt owing and which was taken from my a/c. How do I go about resolving this issue through PayPal as I wish to cancel the transaction without incurring further costs.
