To note this did not take place on Ebay but a forum site. So here is what happen, On Oct. 21 I brought 2 $50 PSN card from a seller which I thought was trustworthy and paid $70 to the seller as a gift ( This was the stupidest move I could've made ) and after a day trying to contact the seller I relized I've just been scammed out of my money. Soon no later I called up my bank which is linked to my Paypal account Via Credit Card and ask what could be done. Representative told me they best option would have to be a chargeback and that they would do all the necessary work but will call if they needed more information which they did. Around 11/12/13 Paypal Sent me an email stating that a Case is open for me and that I do not have to take any action right now and wait for the seller to respond in 10 days. After day 10 I go back to check on the case to find that the Seller did not responded ( Not surprised since he never replyed to any of my messages/emails) and that a represenitive was reviewing the case. 2 days later I go back to see that the case is closed but no answer if I won the case of not. All it says is (We've finished reviewing this case. You don't need to do anything further at this time.) It's been 3-4 days since then No information from Paypal orMy bank updating me on this status.
