I just dealt with this issue for the first time. I have been a verified eBay user for over 10 years and I am unable to send someone money right now. I was told to send a smaller amount, wait a few hours (already waited a day), or have the other person send me an invoice. Never had I had to deal with this before! I have for the first time ever decided to remove my funds from PayPal as soon as possible and move to other forms of online payments. PayPal, I will return when you stop making it miserable for me to send someone money. Your system used to be awesome, but it is now a complete disaster that needs fixing.
