Hi a seller contacted me 47 days after she won an item from me stating she hadnt received her item and wanted me to refund her money. I told her i would look for the proof of posting and claim via Royal Mail and when they give me the money i will refund her. But i cannot find the receipt now, but went to paypal to refund money where there is no option after that amount of time. Not sure what i should do?
