All this "there have been no reports of payments to Skype" nonsense needs to disappear. I have had problems paying Skype with Paypal for about 3 years now and after researching Paypal and Skype know very well there are issues. There are quite a few threads out there in google land to see on the subject. One of the problems is that if you paid for your mum's/brother's Skype with your Paypal because you happen to use that and later create your own Skype account Paypal or Skype (they blame each other) remembers that you paid to a different Skype account in the past and thinks it could be fraudulent. I am all for anti-fraud but the refeund/rejection notices need to be more explicit and Skype/Paypal need a method to reassociate Paypal/Skype account/ /end rant/
