I had the same problem. In my opinion. Moneypak **bleep**. I have never EVER been so stressed out in my life. First it ask for my SS? Seriously. Why can't I just put the money on a dang card and redeem it to my PayPal. And than it doesn't recognize my address? I had to put in a fake address. Okay. Why does it want to know my address and SS anyway? Doesn't make much sense. I had to make a NEW PayPal. All under the name of my friend. And I had to use his SS. And than I tried my address than it asked for a address. And I live in the middle of nowhere Kentucky. And it asked for a street #?! So I had to put a fake address near me. Moneypak isn't worth the trouble until they fix it! It dont have to be that complicated! I don't think I'll ever use PayPal again after this.
