Hello. I am PayPal User from India. All Indian users who have requested Withdrawal in Bank Account durning 26th January to Till Date are having no credit of the same in account. It shows status as Completed in PayPal but money is not in account. For all previous withdrawals of mine, money was in account on 4th Day. When I mailed PayPal, they just replied a Common Themed Email which stated that we are having problems, wait for 5-6 business days....bla.......bla..........bla. In fact, same issue was in Feb 09. Money credited into accounts after 15 to 25 Days. This delay is not due to Indian Banks or RBI. So the Delay is by PayPal. If the Delay is by PayPal, why it shows status as Completed, and why PayPal don't say exact problem and expected resolution date ? It is strange when World's Popular payment processor behaves like this. I would appreciate the comments and help.
