I recently made a transaction using Paypal on a computer other than the one I usually use, and Paypal sent me an email telling me that there was a possible unauthorized usage on my account and I need to confirm myself. So I had to login to paypal from home, and enter my banking information, and had to get paypal to call my home phone to confirm my location. All this, and Paypal also opened a dispute with the company I made a transaction with, and now I have to wait for that company to contact Paypal about it. My question to this is, why did Paypal suddenly believe that I was performing an authorized transaction just simply because I was away from home when performing this transaction? And what exactly was this company told about said "unauthorized transaction" so I know if they'll reject my payment? Regards
