Help , I have had a charge back on my account. 3 months after an ebay transaction. Paypal never sent me any notifications with regards to the charge back , so therefore i did not have a chance to dispute it. The buyer is no longer a registered user on ebay, I still have proof of postage for the transaction. What can i do to get my money back? this is not a fair deal for genuine sellers like myself.. The buyer left positive feedback for the item.
