THIS IS HORRIBLE. HOLD FUNDS UP TO 21 DAYS!!!!! IF THIS IS THE CASE THEN THERE ARE GOING TO BE SOME VERY, VERY UPSET PEOPLE. AND THEN PAYPAL EXPECTS US TO SHIP THE ITEM WITHOUT PAYMENT. RIIIIIIGHT!!!! THIS IS THE SAME THING AS IF YOU PURCHASED AN ITEM VIA THE INTERNET FROM A LARGE RETAILER, AS A CONSUMER YOU HAVE TO REMIT PAYMENT ON THE SPOT AND THEY WONT SHIP TELL ITS PAID. As with financial institutions,much like paypal and payroll companies, they hold the money under their agreement (unless you use their invoicing and shipping lables  AND PAY) as a float.  So if 5m people have $20 pending for any period of time, look what paypal stands to gain on the interest float..It isn't really about what your rating is...it's about the float.  Their major profit is not on the % they charge for your sale...it's on the accumulated funds in a day in the market.  It's brilliant on their part and tough on us when we want our money. ...
