The response above confirms paypals ignorance. A user suggests a way of eliminating chargeback that other payment processors are using with great success but all i get is a dodging responsibility response. Paypal is still regulated and as to abide by EU laws. Paypal Paypal Paypal... how many times did i call you? I am dissapointed like many thousands of users. With the amount of money Paypal makes from millions of users all chargebacks should be absorbed by Paypal. Not giving users headache. Is it going to be this way for another 10 years?

Paypal Paypal Paypal... I don't know what to say anymore. It seems like greed is running Paypal. 1. They leave their system vulnerable to Chargebacks by not double verifying a user before transactions. hence any hacker that can use the bogus script sent by email can get anyone password and make purchases. 2. Faster payment. Paypal as made a fortune by keeping peoples money in the system up to 21ddays without interest which is against the law. That counter that tells how many transactions as been made daily via Paypal is evident that Paypal has a lot of money to cover all frauds that their system allows, digital or no digital product. Paypal FIX yourself and don't have to be fixed by the law. Learn from Moneybookers very secure and charge backs just don't happen and with fast with withdrawals and payments. Common Paypal.

How old is Paypal? Very Old in the internet industry and the biggest payment processor. How on earth is it that they dont realise that to eliminate Fraud and chargebacks all they need to do is to double autenticate a user before any purchase or login. i.e Password - Verify Security Information - Then purchase. Many smaller payment processesrs rarely have any chargebacks by using this sytem. I think Paypal needs the FSA to tell them this because they never listen to small boys like us aka users. Every tom **bleep** and harry knows that to hack a paypal account all the hacker needs is that fake email that looks like Paypal telling you of a Chargeback and asking you to login. Once you try to login your password is stolen. I am asking Paypal to fix this now or it will be the FSA telling them.

I have over 10 withdrawals stuck in Paypal worh 500 GDP for a week. The phone people dont help and i wonder why Paypal bother having a call center.

I support the motion. COMPLAIN EN MASS. It is not fair for Paypal to do this all this years. My business will jump up 500 percent with instant payment.

No, i just recieved an email that says there as been a reversal and that the payment was not covered so Paypal made a refund without openiing any resolution. this is a first. I contacted the buyer and he said he will repay. Paypal needs to make better comunication If Paypal is making millions everyday from us why can they not employ people to make phone calls and even do a 3 way conferense with buyers and sells.

That sounds fanstic. The soon to be rolled out access card is over a year now i hope this will be rolled out within a month to the general public.

I really need to get the access card. When I click apply and login it takes me to my access card account and it says that mycard as been issued. It even displays my business account balance and it asks me to activate my card with the 4 digits. My problem is I have not received the card and when I call the customer service they cannot help. I have a business account and it will really help if I get access to my money without the 3 days wait. I am even considering other options.
