Hi I won an item and paid through Paypal. On my eBay screen it shows as Pending. I've gone into Paypal and it shows as Unclaimed. Further down the Paypal screen, next to the senders email address, is the following message: The recipient of this payment is Unregistered. I've cancelled the payment and tried again but this hasn't helped. I have contacted the sellar who was polite, albeit brief about waiting for the transaction to clear. Fair enough, but if it's Unclaimed, it sounds as though it's not just taking a while to clear - it needs action taken to claim the payment. Is it fair to assume that the sender hasn't connected their email address to their Paypal account? Or could there be another reason? I'm reluctanct to pay via any other means as I only bid on items where the sellar accepts Paypal for peace of mind. If the payment through Paypal cannot be resolved, am I free to back out of the purchase or will I end up with an Unpaid Item strike against my account? Many thanks in advance Lynne
