A customer purchased a item from me on Ebay and paid for the item and my standard shipping rate of $12 soon afterwards. He sent me a message requesting me to overnight the item asap so he could start work, and he would pay the difference . Me being the nice person I am....... I did so at a rate of $40.10. So I sent him an invoice for the difference that came up to $40 - $12 = $28 on pay pal. I asked him if he was ready to pay for the extra shipping the day he received the item, and he came back and stated he was charged twice (for what I dont know and he didt pay twice) and he would check with his bank and get back with me. now he wont answer my emails at all. What are my options? I dont mind to cut my lose and go on, but I want to explore any option with in reason. Any help would be greatley appreciated.
