When we enter a customer's credit card info (AmEx) on our website we get the msg 'The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number'. This is a new paypal Nonprofit business account. We're not sure if the customer gave us incorrect info (it's a donation via USPS that we enter for the customer) or if it's something to do with our website setup. We can enter a Mastercard credit card successfully. Thanks.
