Hello -- We are approved for reference transactions. I have read about setting up the billing aggreement with the Express Checkout API but am wondering how the business process works? For example: We will be capturing $400 deposits for adventure travel trips. Then 60 days prior to departure there is a balance due where some of our clients opt to have automatically billed. Do we go into manager.paypal.com do bill using reference transactions?
