No matter what browser I use I cannot use the resolution center to dispute a charge. I get an error message -  We're sorry, looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try reporting the transaction again. Anyone have any idea WHY? ... View more

Stop Future Charges??

Recently, I signed up for a trial of something and their 'fine print' said I had two weeks to try their product. If I liked it, I would be charged almost 200$ for it or, if I didnt like it, I could cancel that and would be charged nothing more. Ive been trying for almost a week to cancel, but they do not reply to emails and the one time I got someone on the phone, they said I cannot cancel and they will be charging me the 200$, no matter what I do. Is there any way to stop this charge from happening?? ... View more

on the 7th my email and skype were hacked. my attached paypal account was used to charge 148$ in skype credit. i discovered all this right away and spoke with skype and filed an unauthorized payment dispute with paypal. skype has chargedback the stolen money. i have spoken with them several times about it. they say they gave me my money back. but paypal has not given it to me. i emailed paypal on the 7th but only recieved a reply today. it was a useless automated email. "Your account security is important to us. After filing a claim for unauthorized use of your PayPal account, please allow up to 10 business days for us to conduct an investigation. If the claim is decided in your favor, all unauthorized transactions and fees will be refunded to your account." and then instructions on how to view the disputes status (which i already know and quoted in the email i sent paypal).   they didnt answer my question as to why they show the dispute as 'waiting sellers response' when skype had already given my money back. now the status says its 'being reviewed by paypal'. what is there to review? there is no dispute. someone stole my money and skype gave it back. whats the issue here?   it seems ridiculous to me that it took a week for paypal to reply to my email and even more ridiculous that they take my money immediately but take their sweet time giving it back.   you have THE worst customer service ive ever encountered anywhere.   if anyone can enlighten me on why its taking ten thousands years to get my money back, that would be amazing. ...
