hi I have also been scammed via gumtree to the tune of £140 for a Z10 Blackberry phone. when I text today to ask if it had been posted I got a return text from a different phone no. the guy said he did not know it had been sold to me. he said he thought it must have been his missus who had sold it - I asked him if his wife was "Gemma" and he said no. Definate scam. I am gutted. they said to me that when I had tried to pay them in the first place that my payment had a 28 day delay on it which I believed without checking. they sent the payment back to me and I took ti they were genuine. they asked me to send the money via the pay relatives option - and I did this. I think I have lost my money. I just hope I am protected
