So, this is getting serious, this card started having little quirks which I'm not too worried about because when it takes a second payment it usually goes back on within the hour. Yesterday morning it was declined and then I decided to take money out of the cashpoint to get us through the rest of the Jubilee weekend, I have no backup funding available because I run my business through paypal, went to withdraw £200, transaction declined except that Paypal took the £200 and this morning it's still not been refunded, we're fast running out of money, the bank holiday plans are pretty much ruined and there's no customer service available!! From what I've managed to search online it seems like a major fault affecting pretty much everyone with a PayPal Access Card but it's difficult to know what to do without some official advisement.
