PayPal Create and Purchase Shipping Labels Not Wor...

I posted this in an ebay forum but thought it might evoke a better response here. Let me know if I should be posting this elsewhere. I have seen a lot of posts about ebay and I believe Cox but my problem is specific to going to paypal and creating shipping labels. Cox is my ISP. For the past few days while I am able to load up the shipping labels to print and then attempt to buy postage I get the message that the service is unavailable at this time. Different browsers and different computers still give the same message. Is this what everyone else is experiencing? No problem for the last half dozen or so years. I had to open a stamps.com account (trial) to print shipping labels but I do not want to continue with them after the trial period. Is the paypal purchasing and printing labels problem being discussed elsewhere? TIA. ... View more
