i received an email that says dont reply : Dear aaron ramdial, Congratulations! Your withdrawal limit has now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal account. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum withdrawal amount. For more information, go to https://www.paypal.com/tt/cgi-bin/?cmd=_display-withdrawal-fees-outside To withdraw funds, log in to your account, go to the "Withdraw" subtab of the "My Account" tab and follow the instructions.
