Hi I have no doubt that we are trying to be scammed via a car sale on Gumtree, We have a car to sell and fella asks a few questions about the car and wants to buy. Asks for a paypal address and to which says he has transferred total plus £300 more as he needs an agency to pick it up. (yeah rite) I get another email asking mw to send £250 to an address in USA asap to give him a date onpicking up the car (yeah rite lol), then i start getting emails from paypal telling me the total amount is pending and is non refundable to the buyer and i have to commit to sending money to western union, i am nnow telling him to give up and move on yet he is still insisting that this is all above board. The last email i have just had is legal action from paypal, These emails from paypal address me via my email address and no other indications that it is actually from paypal. There is nothing in my account and i don't expect there to be, i have contacted paypal sending them the emails recieved from the fella and still waiting to hear anything,
