I sold a necklace over a year ago, it was pearls from an estate in a designer box, with the same designer logo on the clasp. I offered a refund policy. The buyer now (over 13 months later) says she has had them checked and the pearls are not the type they should be based on the clasp and box and is threatening me. If they had been checked in the time allotted in my return policy, I could have taken them back for a full refund, but now OVER A YEAT LATER!!, that money has been spent on medical bills and is no longer available. What happens from here??
