I have been using PayPal for several years. I am norwegian in Norway, but all my settings are english. I have always received email notifications in english, but now suddenly they appear in Norwegian. I have not asked for this, and it makes no sence as my customers are all foreign. Please advise how I can get back english language notifcation emails.
