The buyer purchased a lot from me and issued a payment on May 16th 2012. Paypal says that the transaction is still pending. How long am I suppose to wait. I would love to send the buyer the items. I did email the buyer and let them know that as soon as the transaction went thru I would be mailing it. The buyer has been a member for a while now and like me has a 100 percent rating .I check both ebay, paypal and my bank for any info on what's going on. Usually, the payment goes thru right away, this has never happened before. Please help, Thanks.
