I have a buyer for some dishes who wants to put funds into my paypal account. I don't want to go certified check at the bank route since the check can be fake and the bank will come back to me to cover the funds. Can this happen when I use paypal? Or is this a secure transaction-given that the credit card they may use is not stolen? thank you
