FFS NOT AGAIN.    Paypal UK are regulated by the FSA, so get onto them and complain. one of our businesses has gone in to our (lloyds) account, the other business it hasn't (hsbc). wouldn't put it past paypal to still be cocking the whole thing up. at least it's a start. no refund though   ... View more

PayPal are regulated by the Financial Services Authority and we've complained to them today about this.   I suggest that other sellers that are going through this do the same.   Make sure you let PayPal know in any conversation that you have with them that you have or will be making a formal complaint to the FSA about this.   PayPal don't like attention from the FSA about their failings as the FSA have the ability to fine them so get on it people   http://www.fsa.gov.uk/doing/contact/fcc.shtml ... I called paypal earlier and they said that they'd had a glitch on tuesday and that nobody has had their money that did a wire transfer that day. what a joke! they said they'd had loads of people on the phone about this, no surprise, we need the money to run the businesses that they take the £%'s of. apparently the monies will be in accounts today, though I'll believe it when i see it.   ...
