You are subject to the 21 day hold because presumably you are a new ebay seller. We all go through that till we have a proven good selling record as it means that paypal can offer good buyer protection to buyers and that means more sales for us. Yes its a pain but you can get your funds released before 20 days by: 1. The buyer leaving pos feedback. Can i just say that if you prompt buyers to leave feedback odds are they won't. I always leave feedback when a buyer pays and that often means they leave it when they get their item. 2. Item shows as delivered X3 days ago. That allows 3 days for the buyers to check their items. However neither of those 2 options are automatic or instant. If you meet the criteria for early release then you need to email paypal via contact us bottom of all paypal pages > give them the transaction number and tell them you have met the criteria for early release of funds.
