I received a payment of $120 to my account. I logged on to check and everythign was fine, when I went to use it however, it was not. I've checked with my account and balance history and it is all blank, as if the payment never happened. I still have the e-mal saying I've reveived the payment and the link doesn't work. Is this an error with paypal or could the payer have retracted their payment?
