Hello, I recently paid for a service that I never recieved. I opened a claim, and then they said they would refund me. So, i closed the claim, thinking that I would get a refund, and now they're saying i'm not getting a refund. Now i can't re-open the claim, so am i **bleep**ed? I payed over $20, so technically I can sue, but I don't want it to come down to that.
