The first part of this post is missing..... I sold a dress for £30. The woman was in no rush to pay and so I messaged her to say that the item would be posted as soon as payment was received. She then paid and the item was posted on 23rd March 1st class standard delivery, as my listing says. I heard nothing from her and assumed everything was fine, until on 14th April she messages me to say she hasn't received it. I replied saying the dress had been posted weeks ago and she should have received already? At this point she said: "Hello, Thank you for reply. I think it should arrived to me within this week" - Bit of an odd reply if I'd sent the item 3 weeks ago? So I asked her to give me an update on the situation asap. I have since sent her 3 messages which she has completely ignored. The only contact I've had is a dispute which she's esculated to a claim! Now read from the top lol (sorry to cause confusion!)
