I accidently cancelled my direct debit for paypal and my paypal account is now in negative balance. I cannot make the payment to bring my account up to a positive balance as the direct debit has been cancelled and I cannot delete the bank account details and re-set up from paypal as it says I need to pay the oustanding balance before I delete the bank account. Any ideas?
