Cloudyeyes,   You have my sypathy here - customer service and loyaly does not noe exist. You might have to write to them making a formal complain and also cc that to as many forums and media types as you can. Have a look on twitter and face-ache too you can lobby alot of people that way.   You say that you dont have options other than fleabay. - well there are many auction sites out there.
