I have setup a paypal account for a local chapter of my sorority. We do not have the 501c3 certificate. Our national organization does. The account is setup as a business account. The paypal acct. will be used to over the convenience of accepting membership dues, donations for philanthropic causes etc. How do we setup our account so that we are not charged these fees?
