This happened to me too! I only had $25 but I haven't spent it at all, last night the amount was still in my account, this morning when I went to check to see if someone paid an invoice, my account balance was ZERO. I haven't bought anything, I have transferred anything. There's no record of it being used/moved anywhere. Why the **bleep** is PayPal just stealing our money? The "solution" DOESN'T HELP
