Why has PayPal not replyed to these posts... I paid for a purchase today, where the exchange rate is $1CAD=$1.0072USD. and my exchane rate from PayPal was $1cad = $0.981305, which would have been the exchange rate around the 11th of April 2012. PayPal - why the differance? Why are you not more up to date...
