this happened to me too i added money to paypal from my bank account (scotiabank) on the 12th. on the 14th the money was taken from my paypal account i expected the money to show up on paypal on the 20th thats when it said it would be in by. it is now the 22nd if someone has information about paypal having problems please let me know.
