Hello everyone, Basically my friend in China owes me money. We have been looking into things and it seems to be a difficult process because China doesn't like money leaving the country. Does anyone know if PayPal works between the two countries? Or will my friend have to set up a Chinese PayPal or something? He only has a Chinese bank account and an American one (he is American).
