Hello PayPal community, I've been searching for the cause of this problem, and in this case it seems like the shipping address and the address of a PayPal account should match in order to avoid the error 'PayPal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish to' The situation is, however, a little complicated. I wanted to make a present for my friend, who lives abroad. The shipping is available for his country, as well as it is for mine.
