PayPal Community

Hi, I've been getting a few spam emails which always start dear but this is different, I do have a Skype act but have never linked it to any payment information. So I'm assuming its a fake, it doesn't state a delivery address ethier but it has today's purchase date on it and I logged on normally to PayPal not through the link and its not showing? Evening, i am hoping someone can help.  We have received a refund from a seller on ebay, instead ot refunding the payment to me they sent it to my hubsnads mobile no. the issue i have is this is not linked to my acct, i have tried 10 times to add it but we are not receivng any confirmation texts with codes from paypal to be able to link it, so does anyone know what i do to get the payment.  The only text we have recieved from paypal was the one to say we had funds?   I really don't want to have to contact the seller again as request he send it a different way if i can get around it.   Thanks for helping Janya ...
