Please could someone help me. I returned an item as it wasn't as described and eventually the seller agreed to refund the cost of the item. I got an e-mail from Paypal saying payment has been refunded that was on the 30th March can't see anything in my bank account or Paypal account. I waited then received another e-mail titled notification of completed refund and saying I now have cash, wish I had still not in my paypal or bank account. I've e-mailed Paypal no help from them could anyone advise me please I am not familiar with how this works. Thanks
