I purchased 2 limited pre-sale gig e-tickets this morning at 9am (the minute they went on sale - I was a saddo) and paid a substantial amount of money for them. It was from a legitimate ticket website so I knew I'd be safe. The recipient is an American based company and I received confirmation of my 'successful' order and receipt of payment from PayPal. However, on my PayPal account, it's saying the payment is 'unclaimed'. I realise there are many reasons for this, but I am concerned about whether that means I have actually got tickets or whether the fact that the payment is 'unclaimed' means that I missed out! PayPal says that if a payment goes 'unclaimed' for 30 days, it will automatically be cancelled, so does that mean these tickets aren't actually mine until my payment (which has left my bank account) is claimed? Sorry for the long post, but I am at a loss. I phoned PayPal and all they said was for me to contact the seller directly, which is unhelpful as they are a massive company with no personal/direct telephone number to discuss specific transactions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
