i'm trying to pay for a product bought on ebay, i have tried to make payment three times and after following all the processes paypal tellsme that the payment is being procesed and i willrecieve a email to confirm payment. i have made otherpayments and they have gone through fine. what does this mean, why is the payment not going through straight away and would the money be taken out of my account three times
