I have not been able to print shipping labels for over 2 weeks. I can enter all of the info, but when I go to "ship" to "pay", I get the following frustrating message (SAME for ANY NAME?ADDRESS I try to print) "Invalid value for: Address ID Correct Input" Order could not be created. The same thing happens from home computer and work computers???
