Hi i've just sold my first item on ebay. The buyer has paid through paypal and is arranging to collect item from address. Paypal aren't letting me access funds for upto 21 days?? untill item is posted. or something like that. Is this right? and how do I let me know buyer is collecting item. surely I don't need to wait 21 days for acces to my funds??
