Have any of you realized that everywhere you look on the web for "Risk Alert" in PayPal, they're all on April 5th? Ebay and PayPal were going through some problems that day. I actually won an item that I didnt even bid on, but still had to pay for. Who's fault is it??? Mine apparently. So I paid and then I get the seller sending me invoices and emails saying that I need to pay for the item. I said I did on April 5th, they said I didnt.... it went on forever.... Needless to say, I had to pay AGAIN so that I wouldnt get any Negative Feedback. April 5th is the day all crap hit the fan!!! Dont worry about the Risk Alert flags. They are just part of that "glitch" that they will never fix.
