Hello, I hope someone can assure me everything is ok with my refund claim. The deadline for seller to reply has passed, he was given till march 31th to reply. The current date is April 4th. I've been in frequent contact with two other buyers who were affected by the same seller, for the same product type (laptop). One of them have already had his refund processed (3-4 day transit to bank account). I asked him if he needed to contact anyone from paypal for the prompt refund, he said he did not, it was all automated. So I'm wondering if there's an issue with my refund claim. I paid with my creditcard through paypal. Also my credit card expired on 2012-03, but since then I've updated my paypal profile with the new credit card, which is the same CC number, different CSC and expires 2015-3. I don't suppose that could affect the automated refund system? My forum name is same as my paypal nickname
